Who can get a Neo Credit card?
You need to live in Canada, have a Canadian photo ID, and be the age of majority in your province to apply for the Neo Credit card. A range of credit scores are accepted.
What is the cashback amount and how do rewards work?
Earn up to 5% cashback³ at thousands of local and national Neo partners, including most major gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, and more. Pay with your Neo Credit card to earn cashback rewards automatically.
What is the Purchase Credit Rate / APR?
The Purchase Credit Rate on the Neo Credit and Neo Secured Credit card is 19.99%-29.99% and the Cash Advance Rate is 22.99%-31.99%. For Quebec, the Purchase Credit Rate is 19.99%-24.99% and the Cash Advance Rate is 22.99%-25.99%. The standard rate on purchases and cash advances is dependent on our assessment of your credit application, credit profile, and your province. See your Cardholder Agreement and Disclosure Statement at time of application for your specific rate.
Do I have to pay fees?
There are no annual or monthly fees¹. We’re here to give you the most out of your money, so you keep the extra cash and do what you want with it.
How does the minimum cashback guarantee work?
With your Neo Credit card, you earn up to 5%³ instant partner cashback when you shop at Neo partners. We are so confident in the value our customers receive from this program that we guarantee you at least 0.5% cashback⁴ every month. This means that if, for some reason at the end of the month, your instant partner cashback adds up to less than 0.5%⁴ across all your purchases, we will top your cashback up to 0.5%⁴.
What credit limits are available?
You can get up to a $10,000 credit limit if you’re approved for it. Credit limits are flexible and start as low as $500, subject to approval.
